This rehab consisted of lots of structural alterations. We altered over 50% of the interior structure in this 2500 square foot row home. These structural alterations included all new stair openings, infill of a previous mezzanine style 2nd floor, leveling half of the third-floor floor structure, and some tricky details transforming this aging structure into a beautiful new home.
We call this the “Radius Rehab” because the Arcitect did a great job incorporating some nearby rounded brick work into the design of the home. This feature can be seen immediately as you walk in the front door with an unique vestibule. The detail is also seen in other area of the house including a personal favorite, inside a bedroom closet. No leaf was left unturned, no detail was too small on this project.
